What is a Creative Certified Refurbished Product?
Creative Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned Creative products, that may or may not have been opened or used by a customer, which have been fully tested and inspected to comply with our stringent quality standards before being placed on sale.
All products are certified to be in full working order, but may have some cosmetic defects and may not include all of the contents found in the original retail product. Please check each individual product description for more details regarding its contents.

Do Creative Certified Products include a warranty?
Unless otherwise noted, each refurbished product includes a 90-day limited parts and labor warranty. Due to their special low price, refurbished products are not eligible for a refund.
