By deaddaddy i recently bought a refurbished zen player, i have another one from 2009 this one works good, but the new one doesnt... the sound is not very loud, maybe 12 instead of 25... the new one has the setup built in so there would be no hassle to set it up, well thats why i got it... i cant open the program and creative zen was no help... all i can do is download music, but no video, not without the setup program... very disappointed with this player the ez 100...

By La Canche I bought the Zen Mosaic EZ100 8 GB. (Black) refurbished. I also have a EZ300. This product is basically the same, (Lacks radio) I gave it 4 stars, because I was expecting the product to have a speaker, like the EZ300, but I didn't read well and realized later on that it doesn't come with a speaker, Nevertheless the product is good, I use it for my music and mostly to record lectures, I love the fact that it's small and I find it handy. The volume is good, I can place my album covers, the sound is great, and I also like the fact that not everybody has it, so it's unique in its own way. I also bought another one for one of my best friends and she is very happy with it.

By william woodby I already have purchased two zen mozaic and they are loaded with features allowing you to set your own playlists by almost any type of sort your wish. I love the creative zen but i needed to have one with an internal speaker so i can hear bicycles and skaters coming up on me from behind while excersizing my pets.
Unfortunately, I did not read the full description of this unit as it does NOT have an internal speaker so i was forced to return it. But that was the only reason I returned it. Did not even open the package. MY OWN FAULT.
i GAVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE MY OTHER TWO ZEN MOZAIC ARE 5 STAR!!!
